Dad with the bigs and the littles

With Ethan home and us not knowing when the next time he will be home again, Bridgette drove up for just a day so that Matt could be with all four of his children. He doesn't act like it's a big deal, but it's a really, really big deal to him.
B had a service dog Bob with her.  He is huge, hilarious, and the biggest baby I've ever met.
I had to work, but all the kids and dad went to see the new Star Wars.  I met them for lunch, but other than that, it was just them for the day.

This was also Maggie's first movie in a theater

Christmas

Ethan's home! He came over on Christmas eve.  I made Maggie stay inside so the boys could play basketball.  It was so nice, we could open her window and she literally just played and yelled with them the whole time.

Matt's parents came over later in the day.  They always bring lots of goodies for everyone, even Calvin!

Can't. keep. eyes. open. waiting. for. Santa.

Our Christmas was so weird this year. The bigs are growing up and they have their own lives now.  B didn't even come home, we went to her! And we were just blessed that Ethan was able to come home at all from the Air Force.  Christmas morning was just mom and dad and the littles.

I failed hard on Christmas for Matt. He only got one gift.  Good thing is, he did too.  I got one gift, a spatula (one that I wanted though!). This is why we adult well together.

This was SO cute. Maggie got and Elsa castle that sang the Let it Go song. It tipped over and the song started playing and she immediately looked to the TV.  Where is the song coming from??

And then it was so ridiculously nice, outside we went.

We couldn't make the McAuley Christmas, so we had a little impromptu gathering to exchange gifts with the kids. I laid out hot cocoa and cookies that Lucy sent home with me (shhh) Which no one ate or drank.

More babies!

I was late to the party taking pics, but these are a random few.
