It's been years since we've had thanksgiving at the Myrna's. It's where we always went growing up, so it was so fun to get out there for the weekend. First time bringing Matt's kids too, so not piggies to play with, but I think they had fun. They had windmills and lane burnings to occupy them. and poker...

Reception Hall

I think I've found the reception hall, actually, I know I have. The deposit has been made! I like it, and I love the event coordinator. It's refreshing to find a hall that isn't try to stick it to you every turn you take. We even get the place for the whole weekend- we can bring in alcohol and our own caterer. It's great

Matt conspired with Rob and Missy to get us dressed up, and then cancelled at the last minute so Matt could get me dressed up without suspicion. We went to Cheesecake Factory ( I would have picked someplace nicer had I known, I just wanted some cheesecake!) We went to boozefish for a drink after that. We were so full we went down to Liberty Memorial to walk it off and he did it right there across from beautiful union station! After we went to the power and light district to celebrate and closed the place down! It was an incredible night....

First Blog!

First blog, trying to get into the crazy world of personal websites. I have a couple of blogs I monitor when I get bored at work and I love them. You feel like you are peeping into their personal life, but there it is, for all to see. I like keeping up with people's lives in a time when I don't get to see these people as often as I would like. So, I don't have babies or travel to exciting places, but I do have an incredible boyfriend and he has incredible kids. I have great friends and family, so I will be documenting that. Hopefully it will be incredibly great.
