December

We had to swap gifts for the adopt a senior, so we met and had dinner and wine! Love these little impromptu get togethers with my favorite girls

Dad with the bigs and the littles

With Ethan home and us not knowing when the next time he will be home again, Bridgette drove up for just a day so that Matt could be with all four of his children. He doesn't act like it's a big deal, but it's a really, really big deal to him.
B had a service dog Bob with her.  He is huge, hilarious, and the biggest baby I've ever met.
I had to work, but all the kids and dad went to see the new Star Wars.  I met them for lunch, but other than that, it was just them for the day.

This was also Maggie's first movie in a theater

Christmas with the Brazells

Road tripping to see B and the Brazells

Trying to get close to Matt
My favorite sight in the world

B couldn't come home for Christmas. We had postponed the annual early December trip to see the Brazell's, so the weekend after Christmas, we headed across the state to invade the Brazell house.  They are amazingly tolerant of ALL OF US crashing their house.  And since, they are basically family to not only us, but to Bridgette since she lived with them, we did a big family Christmas together.  A tradition I hope continues.  We got presents for them and Sidney, they got Charlie some legos and Maggie her FIRST BARBIE! It was so fun.

This is my favorite.  She gets a cool toy and immediately finds dad.  Hands on hips. "PLEASE OPEN"

Then we head to the basement to keep the kids up too late, play games, and cry from laughter.

Super fun dice game we bought the day we got back

Charlie got on the Nintendo switch and proceeded to kick all our butts in Mario Kart

I'm playing too!

Cookie decorating.  Maggie sneezed on half of these, so yeah....
