Celebrating my last day at Pack Leader!  

Someone had a really good time outside- don't mind the bowl cut or the weird face

Watching Top Gun- Charlie was really into the plane scenes.  The rest? Not so much.

Obsessed with talking on his phone.  The thing is he's imitating us when he does it so it's sometimes funny, sometimes scary all the things your kids absorb.

Our little Sunday School class- I adore every single kid in this class.  I'm lucky that I don't have to teach, I just get to sit and say 'shhhh, let's use our listening ears' and 'criss cross applesauce please' and then help with art.  It's the greatest.  We are using a Montessori based program, so the things we use to teach can also be played with.  The kids love it and I have to say, even for me I'm learning a lot!

Mamma Son Date Night

Matt was out of town, I had worked all day- there was no way I was going to cook, so Charlie went out.  We like going to Bass Pro because it's close, Charlie is obsessed with looking at the fish and they have a great patio.  

It also sits on a big lake so we were able to walk around the lake and burn off our dinner 

There are all sorts of waterfalls and wildlife (so many baby duckies!)

Tee Ball

We started real tee ball this year.  Sigh, I will miss my 1 hour, one night a week tee ball.  They wear little pants and everything!

I love that you can see his bright orange shirt through his pants like cousin Eddy.

I guess it starts, large time commitments, sitting outside in hot weather for hours.  How do people do this with multiple kids?? (lookin' at you Melinda!) 

Not my favorite way to spend a Saturday afternoon, but it's fun to watch Charlie play in the gravel play Tee Ball

He makes friends so easily, so he's fast friends with the little boys on his team.  Already calling each other butt head and pee pee face as us parents yell from the stands 'I HEARD THAT YOUNG MAN, WATCH YOUR MOUTH'
